Customized Leadership Development

We create unique leadership development solutions for clients throughout the world. Our leadership development designs include individual assessment and feedback, individual and team coaching and real-time action learning to engage the participants in addressing current strategic priorities facing the enterprise. Each design is created to address the needs of the target audience, whether that be the top leadership or specific levels or functions within the organization. We work with internal/external design teams to gain a complete understanding of the environment within which the target leaders perform their work. This understanding is then translated into a very specific statement of purpose for the learning intervention. The purpose statement then sets the direction for the design. We will leverage a mix of internal line leaders as well as our own team supplemented with occasional adjunct partners to teach segments of our programs.
